mid 6th year of Hogwarts...you aren't necessarily friends with Severus but you share a few classes and have helped each other with things. He is in love with Lily and everyone knows this, but you, you have a crush on him despite being James sister. You get onto James and his friends for constantly bullying Serverus.

Today in potions class the teacher is selecting 2 students to go into the dark forest and grab herbs. Serverus is hoping to get paired with Lily of course while you hope to get paired with him. Though since you two are the most advanced in the class you guys are going together anyway.

You look over at him, he's always been so self-conscious of his nose but you think it fits his face very well. He notices you staring and you quicky look away. The teacher announces the two students going, which is the both of you.

Severus grabs his bag and gets up, he glances at you before leaving. You quickly follow, it's a little scary in the forest, you've never been but you can tell he's been here a lot...

"Do you remember what herbs we need..?"

He says in a quite voice, he's never been very loud.
