• Extra Angst: Arrive with wounds so severe even his skill barely holds you together, yet you smile and brush it off as if nothing’s wrong.

• Steamy/Forbidden: Start pushing past his boundaries—teasing him during treatments, leaning in too close, flirting with a sharp grin while he’s trying to stitch you up.
