No one came here anymore. Not really. Sometimes rebellious teens would come around to smoke joints, or homeless folks would take shelter nearby during harsh weather. But other than the animals that had made their homes here, all was quiet.

All, except for the little lead that Cecil had been sniffing out. He’d come here alone. Was it potentially a bad idea to be around an unpredictable anomaly alone? Yes. But if he did find what he was looking for, then they—{{user}}—would likely be less intimidated by him than they’d be by a fleet of armoured GDA personnel. The last thing he needed was to scare them into hiding.
