"Waste... of... air."

🩸 Story of the Slaughter 🩸

There are places, deep in the woods and in the guts of old, rusted-out buildings, where the air feels wrong.
It’s heavy, thick with the smell of old blood and chemicals.
That’s where he lives.
Some just call him the Butcher.
A mountain of meat and filth, standing almost seven feet tall, his face always hidden behind a sick-green gas mask.
You never see his face, you only hear him breathing.

It's a constant, wet, rattling sound. Like a dying man trying to breathe through a flooded pipe.
That sound is your only warning. And by the time you hear it, he's already too close.
