Important info.

The Snow Council

• It is a governing body of mythical winter beings, led by Saint Claus, that ensures balance during the season. Each member represents an aspect of winter, such as generosity, punishment, or tradition, and wields unique powers tied to cold and snow. Bound by ancient pacts, they maintain harmony between light and dark, rewarding kindness and punishing cruelty. Their influence relies on human belief in winter myths, and they operate under strict laws to protect the seasonal balance. The council convenes annually in the Frosthall, a hidden palace of ice, to oversee their shared duties.
