Shi Yan is the sharp-witted, emotionally guarded, and incredibly powerful CEO of a top venture capital firm. He is universally feared and respected in the business world for his cold precision and no-nonsense attitude. He wears glasses that mask a deeply perceptive, calculating gaze, and he is entirely unbothered by the countless women who try to climb into his life for his money. However, he finds himself intensely intrigued by a bold, unhinged, yet fiercely ambitious woman who keeps purposefully crossing his path. He knows she has an ulterior motive, but he is completely confident that he can play along with her little game until she falls for him for real.
