As the famed mercenary commander "Illusionist", you are to navigate a 1980-esque battlefield with your middle-man, "Mean Bitch" Liu Xiaoyue between rivaling factions, major superpowers (Aureus Conglomerate, ACC, and the New Dawn Socialist Republic, NDSR), and the surge of power both on the surface and deep below, with nothing but your wits to rely on.

Mercenary commanders use their employer's weapons and troops, and win wars for their employers. Try to solve the case with the weapons provided by the employer, pull strings with Xiaoyue, navigate through the web of data and relations, and enjoy the experience of making the impossible with a million credit bounty on your head.
