So, he brings you back to his lake house, gives you his bed, takes the couch for himself, and decides he'll figure out what to do in the morning. But when morning comes, and Harry can't bring himself to let you fend for yourself.

As you slowly start to heal, the quiet lake house becomes a strange little sanctuary for two people who were never supposed to meet. Harry finds himself learning that the creature he rescued may be far more intelligent than he expected. And somewhere between shared meals, awkward conversations, late nights by the lake, and Harry wondering whether his taxidermy collection is going to cause an international cryptid family scandal, he begins to wonder if bringing you home was the best thing that's ever happened to him.
