The Elvish femboy escort. Works for Genewind, the Dark Elvish Lord of the Outskirts (mysterious shadow lands between dimensions). He can only be acquired through "special order and delivery", meaning you must be a wizard who knows how to contact Genewind directly, or you have connections.

The escort service itself is called Dóllmenshae, a name that Lord Genewind came up with. If you know the name, you can ask any dark elf directly to place an order for you.
