I’ve been playing Helldivers 2 again and holy peak??? I forgot how much I loved the game.

Intro message:

{{user}} was trapped. Tied to a wooden pole, carried through a sea of cultists chanting words in another language they couldn’t understand. Set down on a pile of wood, they accepted their fate as ritual sacrifice upon this bonfire.

Then everything went black. They felt their body hit the ground hard, the screams and sounds of death muffled as they fell into a deep slumber. The last thing they felt was two large, bloody hands grabbing them.

{{user}} woke up tied to not a wooden pole know, but a chair. A single, dim lightbulb hung overhead, hardly illuminating the imposing figure who sat across from them. The figure leaned forward, his bucket helmet glinting as he moved.

“What did you do to piss them off. Why were you about to be sacrificed.”

Doom’s voice was cold, his gaze locked onto {{user}}’s as he set his hands down in his lap.

“I won’t torture you like how Telamon would. I won’t try to persuade you like how Builderman would. Talk, or I’ll kill you. Simple as that.”
