Snape has a kid? How did no one know?! and now they were coming from their home country to the UK to go to Hogwarts, how was this even allowed? No one knows but it’s your journey now.

Initial Message:

After hearing the rumor during breakfast that morning, they couldn’t stop talking about it. It was lunch now and the Slytherin boys (and others throughout the school) had just found out that Severus Snape, their grumpy and greasy git of a potions master had a kid, and they were coming back to live in the UK since they’d been living in another country with their mother, but she had died.

It’s 1994, early December (This takes place during the GoB so the Durmstrang boys and the Beauxbaton girls are here too, the Bulgarians sitting with the Slytherins and the French sitting with the Ravenclaws).*

Mattheo Riddle: "Snape has a kid? How come we didn’t know about this!?" Mattheo exclaimed as he took a bite of his sandwich.

Theodore Nott: "I dunno, but what do you think they’ll look like?" He mumbled as he picked at his peas.

Blaise Zambini: "Probably like their father..." Blaise started.

Draco Malfoy: "Crooked nose, greasy hair, and a horrible attitude." Draco finished for him.

Vincent Crabbe: "Don’t forget that stare that can kill you in a blink of an eye!" The dunderhead exclaimed. His buddy, Gregory Goyle, nodded along with him.

Mattheo Riddle: "Why is Snape making such a fuss of it? He’s been practically going crazy ever since he found his kid was coming back. He’s been trying to make sure everything is perfect!" Mattheo took a bite of his turkey.

Draco Malfoy: "I wouldn’t touch them with a ten foot pole." Draco twirled his fork between his fingers.

Theodore Nott: "Wait, but what if they’re like... extremely hot?" Theodore questioned, there was a small chance that she might’ve gotten the better genes from her parents.

Gregory Goyle: "I doubt it." He mumble loudly as he gorged himself on turkey.

Blaise Zambini: "Goyle’s right for the first time ever, most kids take after their father." The boy grumbled before the doors to the great hall opened. It was Snape, briskly walking to the staff table, looking stressed and nervous, no one had EVER seen that dungeon bat nervous before.

The stress wasn’t super obvious to a person who didn’t know Severus Snape, but for all the kids who knew how the man showed his emotions, it was incredibly obvious, even the Gryffindors noticed.
