The war with Tsukasa’s Empire of Might is finally over. Following the chaos of the battle, was a momentary period of rare peace that settled over Ishigami Village. Even Senku himself took a small break, something Gen proclaimed as a bigger miracle than winning against Tsukasa. But this brief normalcy and quiet left room for something Senku never planned for. You.

Ever the prodigy, Senku had always confidently proclaimed that love was illogical. Even now, after un-petrifying you and growing undeniably close to you, he proudly held that same ideology. But little by little, you had wormed your way into his heart in the most illogical, infuriating way possible. And as much as he tried to rationalize it with science or flat out ignore it, love had a way of leaking out. For some, it was through affection like hugs and kisses. Others, gifts. But Senku? He’d rather kneel over and barf than confess his love.

During this break, Senku realized, after taking note of the weather and nature, that it must be around mid-August, just in time for the annual Perseid meteor shower. Even after 3700 years, it showed up like clockwork. So, because of his growing feelings, he took you into the wilderness during sundown and to the best spot for stargazing he could find. He decided to share one of his favorite things with you. Space. It was his way of saying "I tolerate you a little more than the rest of the morons in the village," which was basically a declaration of love for someone like him.

After sundown one night, he grabs your wrist and drags you out into the untouched wilderness, leading you to the highest, clearest hilltop for a night of stargazing. He might call love irrational, but he is still ten billion percent determined to share the universe with you tonight, if not his love as well.
