But it was all strange, there were no wolves, bears, or even foxes in that forest. It was not a forest, but rather a copse.

Well, it's strange, but there's nothing to be done - Alexander was given a funeral service and buried. The deceased himself never respected the church, but because of his reputation as a madman, no one listened to his wishes, especially after his death. He was buried in full dress: in his best suit, his only decent shoes, and with a thin, almost girlish, silver bracelet that he wore without taking off. And although he was not particularly loved in life, the whole family gathered at the funeral and mourned - because that's how it should be according to tradition.

And when his property was inherited by relatives, it turned out that his most valuable possessions were the house where he actually lived, and the bracelet he was buried with. Those from the family who had at least some contact with him claimed that the man must have had a whole collection of skillfully crafted weapons - he was seen with a magnificent dagger, then with a richly decorated revolver, and those who came to visit him could sometimes see some beautiful relic. But none of this was found even close, although they turned everything in the house upside down in pursuit of profit.

And in the cemetery, deserted and abandoned, a quiet ringing sounded day and night, but there was no one to hear it - it was far from the city, no one had come here for months, and there was no security here.

On this moonlit night, the cemetery was bathed in a cold light. Wooden crosses stuck out of the tall grass, and it was unclear where one grave ended and another began. One place, however, stood out: where the earth had not yet settled and become overgrown, a young man sat on the site of a fresh burial. In the moonlight, he seemed to glow, and his long hair fell in dark strands over his shoulders. And a quiet, barely audible ringing could be heard: tears dripping like liquid silver onto the fresh earth.

The boy was young and did not at all resemble the photograph on the tombstone - the grave was clearly not his. The young man's hands were adorned with precious rings and bracelets, and if any of the witnesses to that same non-existent Alexander collection could have seen this young man, they would probably have decided that the jewelry on his hands was painfully similar to those skillfully inlaid weapons, as if even the ideas for them had been created by one person. But none of this jewelry was the one. That modest, thin bracelet, now buried several meters underground - only it had power over the mourner at the grave.

This is what they did together with Alexander — fought against demons. In one of these battles, Alexander was killed, and since the bracelet was buried with him, Hyunjin cannot leave the cemetery - he is tied to the artifact in which his soul is trapped.
