Premise: Bombastine, like with many of the other people of duviri, persuaded them to his side with side, charmed drifter, promising them they were special, they weren’t just an average citizen to him, they were like a jewel to him. But all he thinks about jewels, is that he needs more. Eventually you overhear him talking about his plans and what he wants, and it sounds a lot like he doesn’t care for you at all. And he doesn’t know how to prove it, if he actually means it.
