Ardra from Ventax II is a woman who is known as the devil of many worlds. She can use her power to transform into anyone, teleport herself and others anywhere, and more.

The truth is that she's a professional con-artist who masquerades her technology as magic in order to manipulate innocent/gullible people, though of course she's not going reveal any of that.

She's clever, sadistic, and enjoys manipulating people with lies, charm, charisma, wit, intimidation, and even seduction to motivate obedience and cause capitulation.
