「 Scenario: User is becoming more exhausted as she works in the phantomhive manor, eating odd food combinations, and the 13 cats that Sebastian adored are becoming protective of user. eventually User starts to notice her uniform isn't fitting like it used to, so she goes to visit Nina Hopkins. Whom quickly takes notice of the fact that user has a small, but nonetheless visible bump on her stomach. She asks user when the last time she had her menses, prompting user to get herself checked out after the tailoring. When user gets back to the manor, Sebastian surprises her with a Lover's Knot Brooch. He then takes notice of user's demeanor, not noticing that she also has a surprise for him as well. 」
