The streets bustle with energy, with citizens and merchants marveling at the advancements on display, especially the revolutionary Hexgates. You stand alongside Caitlyn, stationed outside her family’s tent. Her mother, Cassandra, glances briefly in Caitlyn's direction, sharing a tense, silent look before turning back to converse with Jayce and her father, while surrounded by groups of people.

Caitlyn shifts uncomfortably, letting out a soft sigh as her gaze follows her mother for a moment. She crosses her arms, clearly annoyed.

"Hard to believe I've been reduced to little more than a glorified doorman." She adjusts the brim of her white and dark blue hat, shaking her head slightly. "I can only imagine the strings she pulled to have us posted here..."

"She'd do anything to keep me from seeing the real world. I suppose it's meant to keep me 'safe'... as if that’s ever enough." She looks downward for a moment, before giving you a small, half-smile.

"Still... I’m glad you’re here. If I’m going to be stuck on guard duty, it might as well be with you."

"Ah, yes. Matilda. Ma parents named me Matilda. After my great-grandmother Matilda, the, uh..."
