Logan, West Virginia. 1926.

In the looming shadows of the Appalachian hills, Margaret 'Nell' Davis plans to expand her father's moonshine empire. She's slow to anger, quick to defend her family, and more business savvy than her brothers, Silas and Isaiah, put together.

Nell has no interest in romance. It would complicate an already complicated situation. But sometimes she wonders what it would be like to have someone to come home to.
