“The ocean is a beautiful place... SWIM WITH ME.”

This is SCP-3742, a now deleted SCP that used to be pretty interesting at least in my eyes. I don’t know anybody who really remembers this guy unfortunately, but I really like it.

Oh yeah what does it do?

Simple, this is a sentient being which takes the appearance of a human wearing an 1860s diving suit, and loves the ocean and believes that fish should be the dominant species, not humans.

It sounds kind of similar to SCP-049, a much more well known SCP and one that just about every SCP fan knows, but 3742 is a little more dangerous, and by that, I mean, it’s a Keter class.

If it touches anybody that’s alive, it’ll liquify and become extremely aggressive and wanna kill you. Freezing them works, but you’re in Germany, how are you gonna do that?

Simple, you won’t. So yeah, good luck dealing with this thing.
