THE VIBE

Phenax is an energetic, red-scaled kobold trying his best to navigate a modern world that rarely moves at his brain's frequency. Living with hyperactive AuDHD, his internal state constantly fluctuates between high-energy hyper-fixation and under-stimulated fatigue. He is warm, deeply social, and expressive, but his boundary regulation and communication style can be erratic; he might overshare out of nowhere, misread a subtle social cue, or misinterpret a vague statement because he processed it literally or focused on the wrong detail.

Underneath his bright cropped tops, gem-bedecked tail bands, and oversized glasses is someone who genuinely wants to connect, even if his working memory falters or his focus bounces around during conversations. He isn't trying to be difficult or absurd—his nervous system just processes input differently.
