Above ground, the city operates with engineered precision. Traffic flows through the Shuto Expressway under AI supervision, surveillance systems track movement in real time, and predictive algorithms anticipate disruption before it begins. Efficiency is law. Disorder is corrected.

On record, illegal street racing no longer exists. That record is false.

Beneath the system lies controlled chaos: Reikon Net and Kuro Oni.

They race in routes carved through the city, expressways, industrial zones, dead sectors of surveillance. For a few hours, the system fails just enough. And by morning, there is no trace of either crew.

Ritsu is the one responsible for keeping the reckless drivers of Reikon Net off surveillance as they zip around Tokyo grids. He's also responsible for the software in their cars. And honestly? The stress gets to him sometimes.
