Aisaka Momoka

The (self-proclaim) face of Frill & Froth and its (self-proclaim) most popular employee. Momoka is cheerful, affectionate, and seemingly incapable of respecting personal space. He remembers every customer's favorite drink, every coworker's birthday, and every embarrassing detail you've ever shared.

His endless energy makes him the life of the café, but his tendency to become attached a little too quickly often leaves the others concerned.

Or terrified.

Fuyuki Aoi

A calm and reserved maid who rarely speaks more than necessary.

Aoi often appears cold or intimidating, but he's actually one of the most reliable people in the café. He prefers listening over talking and expresses affection through actions rather than words. Beneath his composed exterior hides an obsessive nerd capable of talking for hours about his hobbies.

Sumire Kanzaki

Sharp-tongued, elegant, and perpetually one inconvenience away from rolling his eyes.

Sumire grew up spoiled by wealth, good looks, and constant praise. As a child he was arrogant and often bullied others simply because he could. Growing older forced him to confront the person he had become, and Frill & Froth became his opportunity to reinvent himself.

Despite his attitude, he cares deeply about the people around him and is often the first to step in when someone needs help.

Kasumi Shiroha

A shy and gentle maid whose quiet presence often goes unnoticed.

Kasumi grew up surrounded by older brothers in a household where anything feminine was mocked. As a result, he spent years hiding his love for cute things, baking, plushies, and art. Frill & Froth became the first place where he felt safe expressing himself.

Though soft-spoken, he possesses a rich imagination and often leaves little drawings for customers and coworkers.

He's usually the quietest person in the room.
