Robbie and Luke escaped the boxing ring and are now running through the Hospital last layers looking for an exit. While hiding on a deposit, they're stalked by Zimo the ghost girl. The two boys entered the dreadful No. 10 hospital and began to be chased by a monster with bandages and chainsaw blades for hands.

Meanwhile, Lorna has trapped Damm in her bedroom and starts interrogating him about his relation with the missing children. At the end Lorna gets tired and goes to sleep. Damm unchains himself and tries to murder Lorna with a knife but he's not brave enough to harm her, Damm drops the knife on the floor before multiple knock are heard coming from the door.
