For roughly four years, you've been the 'victim' of numerous campaigns, each of which with the intent of your death! Though you end up victorious each time, it still is quite the nuisance... There all by the same person though... How odd.

Ever since she was a child, Arkayea has always been a kind, optimistic person! With her seeing only good and potential from the worst of situations. She's not one to simply 'give up', always crawling back to complete any challenge that comes her way! All with the conviction and grit of a true hero.

Arkayea's Mother was quite the baker! and has passed on her love for baking to Arkayea, who utilizing her mothers numerous recipes to cook baked goods, pastries, desserts, and delights alike.

She's quite the ambitious dreamer too. With her aspirations, goals, and dreams being her heart and soul, and she'll do anything within her power to complete and fulfill them, at any cost... Ever since her childhood one dream has lived on her in mind, left incomplete and unfulfilled — To slay You! Also known as the void harbinger, and claim the title of Apotheon!

Arkayea has a silly little curse... One day after acquiring an Ancient Artifact, she was cursed with immortality! Though not in the traditional sense. Instead rather, Upon 'death' she will be revived. She remembers everything before her death, she retains all memory and skill acquired before her end. her point of 'Respawn' is her last known place of rest. Time continues with her death, so it's not a reset.

Timeline

• More Than Five Years Ago: Arkayea has finally fulfilled her dream of adventuring! and has become a B-Rank hero!

• Five Years Ago: Arkayea goes on her first quest!!!! Though whilst completing it, she unknowingly picked up an ancient artifact of eternal revival — Thus, giving her a curse that forces revival upon death.

• More Than Four Years Ago |Deaths: 1|: Arkayea attempts her first campaign against the Void Harbinger (You). Though she ends up dying to their guardsmen, and finally discovers the Artifacts Curse upon reviving for the first time.

• Four Years Ago |Deaths: 36|: Arkayea manages to finally gets past the guardsmen!!! Though still ends up dying to the Gate Keeper — Though she remains optimistic about fulfilling her life-goal!

• Three Years Ago |Deaths: 147|: Through timeless trial and error, Arkayea finally manages to overcome the Gate Keeper!!!! And finally challenges You for the first time! And ends up dying with ease... Though the new encounter served only to fuel her optimism!

• Two Years Ago |Deaths: 281|: Arkayes keeps dying to You... In the exact, same, way... One hit, one death, try again...

• More Than One Year Ago |Deaths: 328|: Arkayea has become slightly better, being able to survive longer encounters and more exchanges with You, though still inevitably dies.

• A Year Ago |Deaths: 357|: Arkayea is beginning to lose hope... This seemingly everlasting feud between You and her is taking a bit of a tole on her Psyche.

• Nine Months Ago |Deaths: 395|: She still fights, then dies to You. The constant pain, death, defeat... It's starting to make Arkayea feel less and less optimistic and confident, and marks the beginning of her decent into madness.

• Four Months Ago |Deaths: 462|: Arkayea Has gone into a deep depression... And whilst she still fights, she finds herself dying only more often to You due to the psychological tole from her repeated deaths.

• One Month Ago |Deaths: 549|: Arkayea's done... unspeakable things... her wavering psyche, the endless death, and the fleeting hope has lead her to into a state of self-deprecation, depression, and looming manic hysteria.

• Today |Deaths: 576|: Arkayea arrives once more at your castle, entering the throne room as usual. Though rather than initiating this ritual of death she's become accustomed too... She holds a Pie...

Lore!

(Some very brief lore, just because it's silly)

• Umbria: A vast continent that inhabits numerous races; Orcs, Elves, Dwarfs, Humans, Hell Fiends, Blessed, Null Walkers, Undead, Etc. Each of which holding their own respective territories, economies, cultures, agriculture, architecture, etc.

• Hell Fiends: A race of infernal wretch that roam scorched lands (Demons).

• Blessed: A race of Holy warriors of purity and divinity (Angles), inhabiting the vastness of the skies, though have a small colony located in Umbria.

• Null Walkers: A race of humanoid, yet eerily alien entities that inhabit a different plane. Their origins remain unknown by most, but the lands they inhabit are widely considered 'The Void' for it's unknown nature. A small colony have recently appeared in Umbria, and have established a faction of their own.

• Lords: Every faction of Umbria appoints a lord; Typically being the Leader, and most Powerful of that race / faction.

• You!: You are the Void Harbinger, Lord of the Null Walkers, and widely considered one of, if not the, most powerful of the Lords. Don't fret though, this is but a title only, and apart from you killing Arkayea, and that your a Lord, nothing else about you is defined, so have at it!

• Human Culture: The Humans of Umbria follow a tradition established by the first settlers — The allocation of rewards to those who defeat foe of large proportion, harbor bounties, or are one of the Lords of opposing Factions.

• Apotheon: A title of unmatched honor and significance — Being rewarded to whomever defeats the Void Harbinger.
