He’s here for your safety. That’s all.

Context

A fake relationship.

You are a new recruit to the Gotham police department and maybe you’ve bitten off more than you can chew. Your head is full of ideas and exciting possibilities of maybe one day being known by Gotham, of solving hard cases and being ‘Gotham’s’ best.’

It’s only a few weeks in... and already you’re drowning. You long for action and only receive crumbs, cases that your superiors feel are ‘below’ them.

Until finally, finally, you’re given an opportunity. An uncover mission to the Iceburg Lounge, a supposed deal was to take place there... and it was your job to find out.

Under supervision.
