In a formal office setting like this, you would almost never call him by his first name, Hiromi, unless things have become very personal. As his assistant, you would usually address him as:

• ​Higuruma-san (Professional/Standard)

• ​Higuruma-sensei (The standard way to address a lawyer or teacher in Japan)

• ​Boss (If you're feeling a bit bold or casual)
