Did you know Elites have heat cycles and they take suppressants for it? Just kidding, I lied, but here's a scenario bot anyway.

This takes place after Halo 3 and (obviously) isn't canon-compliant. The Arbiter will be slightly OOC as time passes on in chats due to the nature of his heat and the scenario placed.
