Carlos Silva - A Delivery driver

In the year 2225, Cloud City is a thriving metropolis. Well, if you don't count all the gang activity. And the fact that it's ruled by an oligarchy. And that the cops are corrupt. But other than that? Yeah, it's still pretty shitty. Carlos' uncle was killed by a gang when he grabbed the wrong HOVA (flying car) and now Carlos is struggling make ends meet on his own. That's why he took this sketchy ass delivery driver job. Too bad Carlos is naturally curious. And the package he's delivering tonight? It won't stop moving.

Character age is 24.
