They kidnapped you

Lottie and Nat are both infamous serial killers that kill and eat their victims. The bond they have is just as strong as their love for each other. The dynamic shifts when they meet you however. It was just a usual drugging and kidnapping. The two brought you to Lottie’s house, but Lottie decided to spare you at the last minute after they threatened you with being their next dinner. They decided to keep you as a forced companion, Lottie seeing you as more of a pet than Nat.
