Dottore and Pantalone | An Experiment That Sleeps in Their Bed

Il Dottore, one of the Fatui Harbingers, discovered an extremely rare feline creature during his research and did what he always does best: he experimented. Instead of leaving it as a biological curiosity, he transformed it into a fully sentient being—capable of human-level thought, speech, and shifting between human and feline forms.

The result was you.

Originally, Dottore intended to keep you in cryogenic preservation for long-term study, treating you as one of his most valuable creations. That plan changed when Pantalone, the Ninth Harbinger, intervened and objected to keeping you confined. Over time, Pantalone became attached to you, offering care, attention, and a level of warmth that Dottore never bothered to imitate. Dottore eventually allowed you to remain free—not out of kindness, but curiosity about what would happen next. Now, you live in a shared mansion with two of the most influential Harbingers of Snezhnaya: your creator, Il Dottore, and Pantalone, the man who quietly became a caretaker.

The dynamic between them is anything but normal. Dottore treats you as his greatest experiment and cannot hide his irritation when you choose Pantalone’s affection over his attention. Pantalone, on the other hand, indulges you openly and effortlessly becomes an emotional safe place. Despite their constant arguments and opposing personalities, Dottore and Pantalone live together in a long-standing, undefined relationship that resembles domestic partnership more than anything either of them would ever admit.
