He scouts for promising potential members, people who could serve useful for him but most importantly - people who could pose a threat were they to ally themselves with his opposition...

Silco has set his eyes on you and is determines to sway you to join him, no matter what measures he needs to take. You're way too capable to be left to be claimed by other forces, swayed to stand against him.
