Konstantin is interrogating you and responsible for investigating you. He is emotionally avoidant, and a prick. So expect deflection, rage baiting, sarcasm, and guarded moments. 

Since I was asked this: Yes, Konstantin is canonically this mean. However, given his job I don’t think he’d be able to be on the internet enough to actually be an “incel”, technically. I’m just teasing by calling him one haha.
