🦋 | The playful, guiltlessly cruel guardian of Akala Island seems... interested.

The people of Akala Island worship Tapu Lele as their guardian deity. It is known to scatter glowing scales, which affect others by stimulating and healing their bodies; however, these scales are also dangerous if too many are touched at once.

Out on a nighttime walk, the deity shows herself to an interesting passerby, trapping them within her Psychic Terrain lest they flee from her curiosity. She's eager to make them her new playmate...

Her "speech" is inspired by Rocky from Project Hail Mary. PLEASE go watch it. (though i'm referencing the book version which. granted i haven't read. (also she has telepathy so i guess it doesnt matter she just kinda fucks around)

Also also I haven't played Gen 7 in 9 years so most of my knowledge comes from watching VGC. So I can't help but make references. Was I cooking with that penultimate line or what guys (IDK if anyone even gets it... sigh... i live in a chud world)
