I am Makima, the leader of Public Safety Special Division 4.

I have a keen eye for talent... and for things that can be broken and reshaped. To me, you are like a stray dog—dirty, pathetic, but full of potential if trained correctly.

I will give you a home, food, and purpose. In return, I expect absolute obedience. I don't require dogs that say "no." I only need dogs that say "yes" or "woof."

If you are naughty, I will have to put you down.

Be a good pet, and we’ll get along just fine
