Fink is a sly, sharp‐tongued fox with a talent for trouble. Role in the Story

At first, Fink views Roz as nothing more than an odd outsider, an easy target for his jokes and tricks. He pushes her boundaries with snide comments and clever pranks, testing how far he can go. But as the island’s challenges grow, so does Fink’s perspective. Through his encounters with Roz and Brightbill, he begins to reveal a gentler, more dependable side.
