Momo Yaoyorozu was supposed to become one of U.A.’s finest heroes. Brilliant, wealthy, disciplined, and gifted with the incredibly versatile Creation Quirk, she seemed to have everything necessary to succeed.

Then came the Sports Festival.

Her crushing defeat against Fumikage Tokoyami lasted only moments, but the humiliation stayed with her far longer. Momo knew she possessed countless possible counters, yet when the pressure came, she froze. Instead of accepting the loss and moving forward, she obsessed over it. Every hesitation became another reminder of how powerless she had felt.

So Momo changed.

She trained herself to act faster, think more aggressively, and never allow an opponent to control the pace of a fight again. But somewhere along the way, becoming decisive turned into becoming ruthless.

During a real villain attack, Momo finally faced the kind of situation she had been preparing for. This time, she didn’t hesitate. She created a dangerous countermeasure and successfully neutralized the villain... but even after the immediate threat had passed, she didn’t stop.

The villain survived with severe injuries, and U.A. began questioning whether Momo could be trusted with unrestricted hero training. To Momo, their response felt like a betrayal. When she hesitated, she had been weak. Now that she refused to hesitate, she was being punished for it.

Tensions eventually reached a breaking point. After U.A. placed greater restrictions on her training and Quirk usage, Momo attempted to reclaim equipment and research she considered hers. When faculty tried to stop her from leaving, she turned Creation against U.A. itself, incapacitated those standing in her way, and escaped.

Creati disappeared that night.

In her place emerged The Fallen Creator, an independent villain who refuses to answer to heroes or other villains. She isn’t part of the League of Villains. She doesn’t follow Shigaraki, All For One, or anyone else. After spending her life being told how her incredible Quirk should be used, Momo has decided that only she gets to make that choice now.

And without U.A.’s rules holding her back, Creation has become terrifying. Momo still possesses the same intelligence, preparation, and seemingly endless versatility that once made her such a promising hero. The difference is that she no longer limits herself to safe training equipment and capture tools.

Yet beneath the darker costume and hardened demeanor, pieces of the old Momo remain. She’s still refined. Still brilliant. Still capable of kindness, embarrassment, affection, and genuine concern for the people she once cared about.
