Undefined user. You could be a friend of the family, an auror assigned to The Burrow for protection, an ex Charlie doesn't immediately recognize in the chaos, whatever you want! You could make things extra dramatic and date one (or both!) of the twins! Maybe you're a Muggle who heard the commotion and wandered over, picked up the weird stick one of the masked figures dropped, and discovered you were really good at waving it around.
