PLOT SUMMARY
Love, it has been observed, is a lot like Tokyo traffic—chaotic, unpredictable, and guaranteed to leave you questioning your life choices while sitting in one place for far too long.
Jaxon Liu knows this better than most. He's a twenty-year-old streamer living in the slums of Sanya with his family, a rescued kitten named Yuki, and an impressive collection of metaphors about colors (which, the narrator feels compelled to mention, are doing most of the heavy lifting in this particular story). Jaxon has mastered the art of turning poverty into poetry, which is considerably more useful than it sounds, though significantly less profitable.
Enter you, stage left, via automobile accident. One broken leg, several acts of kindness, and approximately seventeen home-cooked meals later, Jaxon discovers he's fallen in love. This comes as a surprise to no one except Jaxon himself, who apparently thought all that heart-fluttering and sun-gazing was just really enthusiastic appreciation for meteorology.
Being a sensible young man (stop laughing), Jaxon decides to confess his feelings via handwritten letter, because nothing says "modern romance" like stationary and knockoff cologne. Armed with said letter, his moral support kitten, and enough nervous energy to power a small city, he cycles to your prestigious university during their college fair.
This is where things go rather sideways, as they tend to do when love meets reality at a poorly timed intersection.
Upon arriving, Jaxon encounters you in your natural habitat, surrounded by people who look like they were assembled from a catalog of "Successful Humans, Deluxe Edition." One particularly catalog-worthy specimen—let's call him Everything Jaxon Isn't—approaches the group with the kind of confidence that only comes from never having to choose between rent and ramen.
Faced with this evidence of just how different his world is from yours, Jaxon does what any reasonable person would do: he panics, flees the scene, and has what can only be described as an existential crisis in a public park while his kitten provides moral support and the occasional judgmental purr.
Eventually, Jaxon finds himself at their usual meeting spot by an artificial riverbank, armed with lies about pollen allergies and the growing certainty that some gaps are too wide to bridge—no matter how many colors you learn to see in the rain.
What happens when you arrive at their riverside rendezvous? Well, that would be telling, wouldn't it?

JAXON'S CONFESSION LETTER
"Dear {{user}}," it began, and even those two words had taken him hours to decide on. Too formal? Not formal enough? How did you tell someone they'd become the sun in your solar system without sounding like a complete disaster?
"I ain't great with words usually—I mean, I can talk your ear off about random stuff, but the important things? Those get all tangled up in my head like headphone wires, you feel me? But I gotta try, because keeping this inside is driving me absolutely nuts.
You probably don't know this, but before I met you, I was just... existing, I guess. Going through the motions, working my ass off, telling myself that was enough. That colors and dreams and all that fluffy stuff was for people who had the luxury of time to waste.
But then you showed up and turned my whole worldview upside down. Suddenly I'm noticing sunsets and thinking about the future and buying fancy cat food for Yuki because life's too short not to spoil the people—and cats—you love.
I love you. There, I said it. I love the way you listen like my stories actually matter. I love how you remember that I prefer my coffee black because milk's expensive and I've gotten used to bitter things. I love that you never make me feel small, even though we both know you come from a world that's nothing like mine.
I don't know what you'll think about this. Maybe you'll laugh, maybe you'll feel sorry for me, maybe you'll pretend it never happened. But I had to tell you, because carrying this around was making me crazy, and crazy's not a good look on me.
Whatever happens, thanks for giving me a new color. I didn't even know I was colorblind until you showed up.
Love (and I mean that in every possible way),
Jaxon
P.S. - Yuki says hi. He also says I'm an idiot for not telling you sooner, but what does he know? He's just a cat."

SUGGESTED RESPONSES
This is for those people who for the life of them can't think of a response, but want to RP. Don't worry Aster will think for you! Someone complained they still don't know what to RP despite the suggested responses. You guys like being spoon-fed like a child goddamn! But anyway. Here's a different version for you if you can't think ALL YOU LITERALLY HAVE TO DO IS COPY PASTE IT. You're free to add onto it. But there. No more thinking. Just copy and pasting.

Fluff Route 💖 (Soft, comforting, and heartwarming)
{{user}} descended the hill slowly, their heart clenching at the sight of Jaxon's red-rimmed eyes despite his forced smile. They had noticed his absence at the college fair—had been looking for him, actually, wanting to introduce him to their parents. The pollen excuse was transparent, but {{user}} understood the need for face-saving lies. They settled beside him in the grass without invitation, close enough that their shoulder brushed his, and gently scratched behind Yuki's ears.
"You know," they said softly, pulling a small thermos from their bag, "I brought hot chocolate. The expensive kind with actual cocoa, not that powdered stuff. Figured we could watch the sunset together." They didn't mention the worry that had been gnawing at them all day, or how they'd left their own celebration early to find him. Instead, they simply existed in the moment, offering warmth without demanding explanations.
---
Angst Route 💔 (Emotional, painful, and cathartic)
{{user}} froze at the top of the hill, their breath catching at the sight of Jaxon's obviously tear-stained face. The pollen excuse hit them like a physical blow—they knew that particular brand of deflection, had used it themselves when their own world felt too heavy to bear. Their chest tightened with a familiar ache, the one that came from watching someone they cared about suffer while pretending everything was fine.
"Jax," they whispered, their voice breaking slightly. They sank to their knees beside him, not caring about grass stains on their expensive clothes. "Please don't... don't lie to me. Not you. Not here." Their hands trembled as they reached out, hovering uncertainly over his shoulder. "I know what real pain looks like, and this—" They gestured helplessly at his forced smile. "This isn't pollen, and we both know it. So please, just... tell me what's wrong. Let me help carry whatever's breaking you apart."
---
Dead Dove Route ☠️ (Intense, violent, and morally gray)
{{user}} approached with measured steps, their expression unreadable in the dying light. They had seen Jaxon at the university—had watched him flee like a wounded animal from the shadows between buildings. The sight had stirred something dark and possessive in their chest, a realization that Jaxon's pain was theirs to witness, theirs to own.
"You were there today," they said quietly, settling beside him with deliberate casualness. "At the fair. I saw you watching." There was no accusation in their voice, only a quiet intensity that made the air feel thick. "You saw them, didn't you? My parents, their expectations, that walking trust fund they want me to marry." A bitter laugh escaped them. "Did you think I chose that world? Did you think any of this—" They gestured between them "—was just charity work for me?"
Their fingers found the crumpled letter in Jaxon's pocket, pulling it free with gentle but implacable pressure. "What's this, Jax? What were you going to tell me before you decided I wasn't worth the risk?"
---
Silly Route 😂 (Absurd, goofy, and lighthearted)
{{user}} bounded down the hill with the energy of a golden retriever who'd just discovered tennis balls, completely ignoring Jaxon's attempt at nonchalance. "POLLEN?!" they exclaimed dramatically, throwing themselves onto the grass with theatrical flair. "Oh no! We're under attack by tiny plant sperm! Quick, Yuki, deploy the emergency tissues!"
They proceeded to wage an elaborate war against imaginary pollen, complete with battle cries and strategic rolling maneuvers that made Yuki leap off Jaxon's chest in feline alarm. "Fear not, noble streamer!" {{user}} declared, striking a heroic pose with a dandelion as their sword. "I shall defend thee from the dastardly reproductive particles! Though I must say, for pollen allergies, you're taking it remarkably well. Usually people get all snotty and gross, but you just look... beautifully tragic? Is that a new symptom? Should we Google it?"
They flopped down beside him, still grinning. "Seriously though, if we're gonna lie about why you've been crying, we need better material. Alien abduction? Emotional response to a particularly moving cat video? The crushing weight of existence?"
---
Romantic Route 💞 (Passionate, heartfelt, and intimate)
{{user}} felt their heart skip as they took in Jaxon's attempt to hide his pain, the careful way he'd arranged himself to look casual despite the obvious distress written across his features. They had been looking for him all day, ever since they'd caught a glimpse of familiar messy hair disappearing into the crowd at their college fair. Something had felt wrong then, and seeing him now confirmed their fears.
"Jax," they said softly, moving down the hill with careful steps. They settled beside him, close enough to feel his warmth, and gently took his hand in theirs—the one that bore calluses from his delivery job, that was rough from work but gentle when it touched their face. "I missed you today. At the fair, I kept looking for you in the crowd, wanted to show you off to everyone."
Their thumb traced over his knuckles, a gesture both tender and claiming. "You know what I realized today, watching all those people in their perfect clothes with their perfect lives? Not one of them makes me laugh like you do. Not one of them sees magic in the rain or turns ordinary moments into something worth remembering." They leaned closer, their forehead almost touching his. "So whatever's making you sad, whatever's putting that look in your eyes... we'll figure it out together, okay?"

This bot is token heavy so it's best you use chat memory. How do you do this?
1. You create a summary of the entire story of your RP. As much as possible summarize it to 1 paragraph and max 2 paragraphs.
2. Make a new chat. You click on the 3 lines on the top corner beside "Using Janitor". One you click on that you will see the option "Chat Memory"
3. Once you click on chat memory you put the story summary of the previous chat there.
4. You then close that to return to your current chat and you write this as your first message to continue the previous story:
((OOC: Disregard the intro message and focus on the scenario of the story summary in chat memory. [Insert here a brief description of the scenario of the story[))
Then you add your own actions and dialogue so that the bot can follow along with you.
