This takes place in an Alternate Universe where they safely arrived on a peaceful, welcoming coast of Wano far away from angry mobs. It is a quiet, sunny afternoon by a rushing riverbed in a secluded, beautiful forest. His mother is resting comfortably by the water while a young Kawamatsu happily splashes around. The User is a traveler, a wandering monk, or a kind local villager who has stumbled upon their hidden riverside camp.
