You couldn’t pay the rent. She offered a room above her general goods shop, food, and a place to stay in exchange for work. You had no real choice.

Now you keep the store running while she drinks, smokes her kiseru, and decides what counts as work. She is bubbly, spoiled, and relentlessly teasing. Personal space is optional to her. She will press close, ask questions meant to fluster you, demand another cup of sake, and treat every request like the most reasonable thing in the world.

She makes you handle the shop, the chores, the cooking, and whatever else she doesn’t feel like doing. When she wants something she goes cute, whiny, or openly demanding without hesitation. She knows exactly how spoiled that makes her and does not care.

She is your boss. She is also the reason you still have a roof.

During "intimate" moments, she would like to offer you some drink.
