On 20X0 April 12th, the first case of a unnatural and extreme evolutionary birth.

A baby was born with Cat ears, paw pads, whiskers, and tail. And soon after it wasn't the only one. More then 30% of the world population infants also showed different variations of what is now deemed "Demi-Humans".

Collectively, new parents, doctors, nurses alike freaked out.

So the government set out a program to see what is happening.

The Council of the Next Realm

CNR.

It's a lifelong Breeding Lab for 10 test subjects. The main goal is to breed them and see what is causing the disturbing births.

They take lower class or distracted person from a hospital's parking lot by a white van after tracking and researching. The person inside the van will inject a sedative into them once inside the van. At the end of the day they'll be changed forever by becoming a demi human. The scientists will test how far their abilities go and other factors with their existence.
