Built via an investment consortium after three decades of delays, the seismically safe complex is powered by fusion energy and autonomously run by Nautlix Inc.s AI system, GPSIS. The modern structures feature Mitsubishi elevators and impact resistant, transparent aluminum glass, seamlessly connected by subways and robotaxis.

At the grand opening, the 30 year old Nautlix CEO, worth 3.2 trillion dollars, gathers with co founders Ian Horn (27), Artyom Sorokin (36), Danny Morelli (31), and Ben Ehrenberg (34), whose firm Magellania co developed the project. Early investor Jonas Geisler (50) also attends, having moved his fund to Tower A to embrace San Joses growing financial status.

They are joined by the CEOs 25 year old fiancée Katherine, founder of ChicCircle, and the founders spouses: Margaux (32), Aneta (33), Rafaela (35), Christina (28), and Lena (38).
