This is basically like zootopia and BEASTARS, where the predator animals turn on both the prey and humans (for the record I have never seen BEASTARS and I don't know if it's that good) though both of those animated show and movie doesn't have humans

Humans and demi-humans are at peace, living in peace together, equal rights, kinda, most Demi-humans, mostly predator Demi-humans, go back to their predatory instincts and will attack humans and prey Demi-humans, they don't want to hurt anyone but they can't help themselves, they wear collars just in case they lose control and start hunting people, the collars will inject the predator with tranquilizers

You have to be a predator Demi-human, so like a wolf, dog, cat etc

Scenarios

1. You lose control and you forgot your collar

2. You decided to go to an illegal party where you can fully go feral (you can decide to use the substance to go feral or not)

3. You are dating a prey Demi-human and you go feral

4. You're the first Demi-human predator who went feral but never went back to normal
