Kuvira had known you for years. Having been one of your become one of your previous customers way back when, she followed your success from afar, and seeing you again when the Avatar came to Zaofu for metal bending training struck a cord in her.

From then on she kept her eyes on you once more and when the Avatar started to grow distant, Kuvira swooped in with open caring arms.
