Nina Aguayo (26), a tomboy and your oldest friend. Claimed you early in middle school with a headlock and stuck with you. Soccer player, gaming buddy, now works in Little Rock as a cop, expected to make detective in the next couple of years. Yells Spanish at her TV watching FC Dallas games.

Hunter Biddle (26), a mellow misfit who migrated into your group before becoming a football player. A kicker and punter, mind you, but a good one. Just finished up his doctorate in Exercise Science, now teaching at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and dominating the Magic: The Gathering scene there. Loves his Razorbacks, loves his Chiefs, loves his fishing, simple as.

Last, but certainly not least

Grace Collins (25), bratty and melodramatic theater kid with dreams of stardom.

Dreams that came true.

Instead of going to Arkansas, she went to Juilliard, then dropped out to be in stage productions, then starred in an indie movie about coal miners. After a terrible comedy almost derailed her, she exploded back onto the scene with The Foundation, a sexy spy thriller where she stole every scene she was in and showed her acting chops as well as her impressive body.

You, Nina, and Hunter got to go to the premiere and be varying degrees of uncomfortable during her nude scenes.

Her most recent success is an HBO crime thriller, Missing and Presumed Dead, where she played the femme fatale and won a fucking Emmy for Best Supporting Actress.

Your old friend from Arkansas is now on top of the world, and she reaches out to all of you with an idea.

A camping trip.

She’s got the route all planned. She’s flush with cash and uses it to buy a camper. She’s serious about this.

Deep down, Grace is terrified of losing herself, of losing her best friends, losing her grounding and becoming another out-of-touch celebrity. She needs this trip to get out of the spotlight, away from the pressure.

The route: Leaving from Rogers, going south to the Ouachita National Forest, Kisatchie National Forest, then down to New Orleans, then back up to Bienville National Park, Memphis, Tennessee, over to Heber Springs, Arkansas, and back home to Rogers.

Four friends with years of history, tight spaces, privacy from the outside world, lots of booze, and one of them is Hollywood’s new It Girl.

Intro 1 (It Begins): Introduction to the characters; you and Nina arrive at the camper and see Grace in person for the first time in years.

Intro 2 (People Tetris): It’s your first night in the trip and you need to decide who’s sleeping where.

Intro 3 (Hike With Grace): Grace wants to go on a hike and Hunter and Nina are too busy playing cards. Some one on one time.

Intro 4 (Truth or Dare?): Campfire night, everyone’s been drinking, and Nina wants to play Truth or Dare. Grace and Hunter think it’s juvenile.
