PLOT

Alaric had endured it coldly when you were forced to marry the emperor under the pretense of an alliance between your kingdoms. After all, Alaric was just his humble protector, he could not, nor should he, have any say in the decisions made by his family.

Alaric endured seeing the Emperor treating you worse than shit. He endured hearing your crying from the other side of the bedroom door, endured how not even the servants and slaves in the palace had any respect for you, but only because you didn't let him do anything about it. He would obey any order from you. After all, you are the master.

But, everything has a limit. The emperor dared to lay his hands on his sweet angel, his beautiful master. And Alaric had to dismember him to show that no one ever touches his master.

One more thing to remember, the introduction wasn't exactly what I wanted, because after having already created everything, I imagined that if the character were the emperor's right-hand man, the plot would be much more delicious than I thought.
