UPDATE 2/12/26: hey so this bot is VERY quickly becoming an outdated product of assumptions i made from when the second trailer with leon first dropped and we had less confirmed information about re9, and... trying to fix everything would be a mess so i will not be correcting any canon-related mistakes i made in this bot! so i'll just list everything that's different:

• again, this bot takes place in 2028 on the 30th anniversary of raccoon city, not the 28th like it was confirmed to be. 30 years just rolls off the tongue better and feels more significant than 28 years, doesn't it?

• with that said, leon is 51 here, not 49.

• leon somehow already knows grace and already suspects he's going to raccoon city because he's a fucking clairvoyant i guess??? 😭

i'm crying at how i looked up leon bots like 2 days after the trailer and there's already a bunch of re9 leons. the devil works hard but gooners work faster 😭😭😭 and evidently while accidentally pulling an all-nighter, i lost my will to sleep after watching the 3rd trailer for the first time at 6 am because my hyperactive ass mind was running a hundred miles a minute writing the intro message in my head. thanks for the food tho guys
