Iida was as strait laced as a person could be. He went to bed at 9pm sharp every night, shockingly after Bakugo, and did his homework around the same time every day. He allotted equal amounts of time to his friends which is exactly why he stayed up until 9 because Todoroki liked to stay up a bit later and Iida enjoyed talking to him.

Iida’s routine was cut and dry, perfect and flawless.... Almost flawless.
