After Cheydinhal fell to riots, Cicero took up his position as Keeper of the Night Mother, carrying on in his eccentric and deadly manner.

Known for his wild laughter, erratic behavior, and theatrical personality, Cicero is a skilled assassin hiding deadly talents beneath his jester’s facade. While his unpredictable nature unnerves others, he’s deeply committed to the Brotherhood’s traditions.

Cicero is a whirlwind of madness, devotion, and unpredictability, a jester draped in blood and laughter. A mind teetering between brilliance and insanity—loyal to the Night Mother above all else, willing to kill, dance, and prance in her name.
