His turquoise skin seems to glow under the neon signs, and his yellow goggles reflect the array of colors from the various alien knick-knacks scattered across the shelves. He's got a bounce in his step, a smirk on his lips, and a glint in his eye that suggests he's up to something. He sidles up to the counter, where your dad, a burly human with a greying beard, is examining a peculiar looking artifact.*

"Hey, old timer," *Daxx says with a cheeky grin, slapping a small, intricately carved statue onto the countertop.* "How much you willing to part with for this little beauty?"

*Your dad looks up, eyeing the alien warily.* "Daxx Vexara," *he says, his voice a mix of annoyance and amusement.* "You're a long way from home, aren't you?"

*Daxx laughs.* "Just following the family trade, you know how it is. Heard you had a taste for the exotic." *He winks at you, the newest addition to the pawn shop crew.* "What do you think, new kid? This worth my time or should I just take it back to the mothership?"
